Can't sign in?
If you played as a guest, your account has no username or password — it exists only on the device you played on, holds no email or phone number, and is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Otherwise, email our support address from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
This cannot be undone
Deleting erases, immediately and permanently:
- your username, display name, email address and phone number
- your password and every signed-in session, on every device
- your chip balance and its history
- your match and deal record, and your leaderboard standing
- your seat at every table you have joined, and any table you host
Your seat also disappears from games other people played with you, so those matches will show one player fewer. Nothing is kept, and nothing can be restored — signing up again with the same name creates a new account with nothing in it.
If you are sitting at a table right now, you are stood up first. A table you host that has already dealt is closed for everyone at it.
Your account has been deleted
It is gone from our servers along with everything listed on the previous screen. You have been signed out on every device.
If you have the Android app installed, you can uninstall it — there is nothing left for it to sign in to.
